Memberships & subscriptions

Know what you are committing to.

A repeat delivery and a care membership solve different problems. One schedules a purchase; the other may provide specified access to services. Before choosing either, establish what is included, when you will be charged, and how you can change or end the arrangement.

01

One-time purchase

A defined product, quantity, and price for a single order. Future purchases are separate decisions.

02

Recurring delivery

An agreed product and shipment schedule with recurring billing. Terms should explain price, changes, and cancellation.

03

Care membership

A defined set of services over a stated period. Medicines, tests, or appointments may have separate charges.

01

Separate the fee from the things it includes.

Compare the product or service itself before comparing prices. Establish whether an advertised amount includes consultation, medication, testing, delivery, and follow-up. The cheapest headline is not necessarily the lowest total commitment.

  • List included services and any separately charged items.
  • Check whether an introductory price changes after the first period.
  • Confirm the total due now and the next expected charge.
02

Billing and delivery are different schedules.

A payment interval does not necessarily equal a shipment interval, the amount of product supplied, or the timing of a clinical review. Read each separately. For prescriptions, ask how reassessment and refill authorization relate to recurring charges.

  • Confirm billing frequency and shipment quantity.
  • Identify the renewal date and any minimum commitment.
  • For clinical care, clarify the reassessment and refill process.
03

Read the change and cancellation terms first.

The FTC advises consumers to check recurring charges, trial deadlines, and cancellation instructions before enrolling. Keep a copy of the terms and monitor charges. If an option advertises flexibility, look for the actual process and any timing restrictions.

  • Locate the cancellation method and deadline.
  • Distinguish cancelling future renewals from refunding an existing order.
  • Check whether pausing, skipping, or changing a delivery is actually offered.
04

RA·NUE plan availability.

RA·NUE has not announced a membership, subscription price, billing interval, or enrollment date. There is no enrollment form on this page. When purchasing or care becomes available, the specific offer and its terms must be published before a customer commits.

  • Product terms must identify the exact eligible product and quantity.
  • Care terms must identify the service, responsible providers, and inclusions.
  • Clinical suitability remains an individual decision, including during ongoing care.

Your questions, answered.

Can I subscribe or join a RA·NUE membership today?

No. Enrollment is not open and no plan pricing has been announced. The comparison explains the differences between purchasing arrangements; it is not a list of plans currently on sale.

Does cancelling a subscription cancel a prescription or appointment?

These are separate processes whose relationship must be stated in the particular service terms. Confirm how cancellation affects future charges, unfulfilled orders, appointments, and continuing care before enrolling.
