RA·NUE offers dietary supplements and peptide formulas for general wellness. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Supplement disclaimer

Our products are dietary supplements. Any statements about them describe structure and function only. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult a qualified health professional before beginning any protocol, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or managing a health condition.

Eligibility

The site and our products are offered to adults eighteen (18) years of age or older. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to limit or decline an order where required by law.

Orders, shipping, and payment

When you place an order, you confirm that you are eighteen (18) years of age or older and that the shipping address you provide is accurate. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Orders ship via common carriers to the address you provide; risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier. Shipping rates and timing are shown at checkout. We may decline or cancel an order where the law of the destination, a payment problem, or our own discretion requires it — declined orders are not charged, and cancelled orders are refunded in full.

Issues with an order

If your order arrives damaged, is incorrect, or does not arrive, write to [email protected] with your order number and we will make it right — by replacement or refund. Because supplements are consumable, we cannot accept returns of opened items except where required by law.

Acceptable use

You must not resell our products, misrepresent your age, or use the site for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend access where these terms are violated.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which RA·NUE is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
